Standard UK delivery is a home delivery which is usually made within 3 -5 working days of your order being placed.
UK standard delivery is £3.95 if your order is less than £50, or FREE if your order is over £50.
European delivery is available via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Service. Postage cost is £10.
Rest of the world shipping, usually takes between 7-10 days, is also available via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Service at a cost of £10.
Orders shipped to Europe & ROW may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. Refusal to pay customs fee and in the event of the parcel being returned back to Phoenix Sportswear Ltd may be subject to handling fee deducted from your refund.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes and if you require delivery to the Channel Islands you will need to select International delivery.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund or exchange, you are required to return the goods to us within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.
All items being returned for refund or exchange must reach us in a re-saleable condition which includes –
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Delivery & return postage charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item. Please note that if an order is returned to us via the courier then the original postage cost is non-refundable.
If you are returning an item(s) to exchange to a difference size, then no extra postage charge will be charged.
International Returns:
We cannot accept exchanges for international returns, however we can provide refunds. If you require a new size please send this back for a refund and place a new order.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, in a new and unworn condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights to return faulty goods.
